OUR STORY

Hi I'm Cathy - Founder of Senza Foods

 

Like most people diagnosed as a coeliac I struggled to find gluten free food that tasted like real food and didn't cost a small fortune!

I started making cakes and pastry products for myself and tried them out on family and friends. The response from coeliacs and non coliacs was very positive. My next step was to make a range of baked goods for a local farm market and not advertise the fact that everything was gluten free. Nobody commented and when asked  they couldn't tell that they had just eaten something without gluten. I then progressed to supplying local cafes, health food shops and small retailers.

It is my ambition to produce gluten free products that taste just the same as those made with gluten. I'm happy to say so that so far it has been a rewarding experience. In fact all of our outlets sell our products to everyone - not just to those with a gluten intolerance.  I hope you will try our products and if you can't tell the difference tell others.
